Spanish bikers have the advantage of being able to plan routes on completely different terrains without leaving the country. Spain offers routes for all types of bikers: long plains for novice bikers and winding curves for the most experienced. All of them accompanied by the most impressive views that can only be seen by driving alongside the Mediterranean Sea, through the Pyrenees, or past astonishing Roman ruins.

These are some of the reasons why Spain is such a visited country by bikers from all over the world. This time, we bring you some motorcycle routes around Cadiz that you cannot miss.

1. The Jerez Route

One of the lesser-known motorcycle routes around Cadiz. This route travels through the countryside of Jerez and offers very diverse landscapes. The route can start at 3 points: Chiclana, Cádiz, or Puerto Real, and depending on this point, the route is about 300 km. The route continues through La Barca de la Florida, Torrecera, La Ina, Bornos, Lebrija, Trebujena, to finally end in Sanlúcar.

The route begins with views of the Atlantic waters and ends on the northwest coast of Cádiz, passing through charming villages and stunning countryside. And since we are on the route, a visit to the famous Jerez speed circuit would not be amiss.

2. Los Alcornocales Natural Park

If we plan a route through Cádiz, an unbeatable option is to immerse ourselves in this natural park that extends from the Strait of Gibraltar to the inland mountains. The landscape presented by this natural park is impressive, full of extensive forests and mountains.

3. The White Villages of Cádiz

One of the most picturesque motorcycle routes around Cadiz. This route can also start from one of the following places: Chiclana, Cádiz, or El Puerto. The route passes through Arcos de la Frontera, Villamartín, Zahara de la Sierra, Prado del Rey, El Bosque, Algar, and finally San José del Valle, from where you can return to the starting point.

In El Bosque and Algar, you can ride some of the best curves in the city and see the impressive Guadalcacín reservoir. The route is about 260 kilometers, which are very easy and enjoyable to ride.

4. Roman Cádiz

Given that Cádiz offers many Roman sites, you can plan a motorcycle route to visit the most attractive ones. This route starts in Tarifa, in the ancient city of Baelo Claudia, passes through the ancient Ocuri in Ubrique, and ends in Acinipo, in the Serranía de Ronda.

These three ancient Roman cities represent strategic points of the ancient civilization. By visiting each of them, you pass through some of the most impressive cities and landscapes that Cádiz has to offer.
